5.3.1 Teaching-in directly to Homematic devices
If you want to teach-in the status display to one or more
Homematic devices, the teach-in mode of both devices
has to be activated first. Direct teaching-in with other
Homematic devices is only possible for channels 1
and 2.
To do this, please proceed as follows:
During teach-in, please make sure you maintain
a distance of at least 50 cm between the
devices.
Activate the teach-in mode of your status display:

Take hold of both sides to pull the electronic
unit (
C
) of the status display from the mounting
plate. You can find the teach-in button on the
back.

Press and release the teach-in button shortly.
The device LED flashes green to indicate the
configuration mode
