: Athlete setting is for those aged 18 or above.  This step is by-passed for those aged

17 and below.

Select Memory Location

) button to select desired memory location 

(1-4).  The memory number blinks.  

Press “

” to store the settings into the desired 

memory location.  A “

” sounds when the setting is complete.  An “     “ icon will 

be shown on the display.

NOTE

:

1. If the selected memory number is already occupied, a “     “ icon will display in the

lower right corner.

2. You may use the “

Mode

” button any time during the programming process to return 

to “

Set Height

” should you mis-enter personal data.

Your Personal Data is Now Stored into Memory.

Instructions For Use

Taking Your Body Fat, Body Water and Calorie Reading:

You must have bare feet to make this measurement

To receive the most consistent reading, use this scale at the same time of day under the
same conditions, ie, in the evening before bed without clothes as clothes can vary in weight
and affect the calculation percentages.

To Recall Settings from Memory:

1.  While the power is off, press either the (

) / (

) button to toggle between Memory locations.

Once you have selected the correct memory location, Press

Enter

” to confirm.

A “

” sounds.

Programming Personal Data into Memory

Press “Power” button to enter Body Fat/Body Water mode.

AL-4 Moderately Active Lifestyle
AL-5 Very Active, rarely stationary
