Charging Method
1. Connect the mains adaptor lead to the massager power supply cord.
2. Plug the adaptor into a 220-240v mains outlet.
3. A full charge requires approximately 4 hours. The power button on the
remote will flash when the product is charging. Once it‘s fully charged,
the light will turn off. When the battery is less than fully charged the
pillow will automatically recharge when plugged in.
4. The pillow can be used while plugged in, but it will only charge when
turned off.
5. Once fully charged, the battery should last for up to 50 minutes of
cordless use.
Massage Control
1. To turn on, press power
q
button once.
2. To activate Shiatsu massage, press Shiatsu button. To change
direction press .
3. To activate gentle soothing heat with the massage, press the gentle heat
button . Massage heads will glow red. Allow a few moments for the
gentle heating action to warm up.
4. To change speed, press the 3-speed button. Keep pressing to increase
and/or decrease speed.
5. When finished press the power
q
button again to turn off all massage
and gentle heat functions and unplug the pillow.
Note:
•
The massage cushion should only be used for a maximum of 15
minutes at any one time.
• The Shiatsu Pillow is designed for use on the neck, back, shoulders and
legs.
• Only gentle force should be exerted against the pillow in order to
eliminate risk of injury.
• Always remember to switch the appliance off when not in use.
• Take care to position the product where it will not damage wooden or
upholstered surfaces.
• The elasticated Velcro strap (situated on the rear of the pillow) can be
used to secure the pillow to the chair back.
CAUTION:
To avoid pinching do not lean on Shiatsu back massage
mechanism in the pillow when adjusting your body position.
Do not jam or force any part of your body in the moving massage
mechanism.
Warning:
Batteries (battery pack or battery installed) shall not be exposed
to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire or the like.
Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the
same or equivalent type.
Using essential oils
with the aroma tab
Gently pour a few drops of oil
onto the aroma tab, releasing
the scent in the air. The more
drops, the stronger the scent.
M A I N T E N A N C E :
Cleaning
Unplug the appliance and allow to cool before cleaning. Clean only with a
soft, slightly damp sponge.
• Never allow water or any other liquids to come into contact with the
appliance.
• Do not immerse in any liquid to clean.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, brushes, glass / furniture polish, paint
thinner etc to clean.
To wash cover
• Unzip and remove cover.
• Follow instructions on wash label.
• Once dry, take care refitting cover and then zip. up.
Storage
Place the appliance in its box or in a safe, dry, cool place. Avoid
contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture
the fabric surface. To avoid breakage, DO NOT wrap the power cord around
the appliance. DO NOT hang the unit by the cord.
Battery replacement
Your massager includes a rechargeable battery
designed to last the lifetime of the product. In the unlikely event that you
should require a replacement battery please contact Customer Services, who
will supply details of the warranty and out-of-warranty replacement battery
service.
