PROBLEM
CAUSES
SOLUTIONS
Review the following troubleshooting procedures before contacting the customer service.
Only use special dishwasher detergent to avoid suds. If suds
do occur, open the dishwasher and let suds evaporate. Add 1
gallon of cold water to the tub. Close and latch the dishwasher,
then start the soak wash cycle to drain out the water. Repeat if
necessary.
Always wipe up rinse-aid spills immediately.
Make sure that the detergent does not have colorant.
To clean the interior, use a damp sponge with dishwasher
detergent, wearing rubber gloves.
Never use any cleaner other than dishwasher detergent, as
there is risk of foaming or suds.
Check the lip. Ensure the fix is secure.
