FUNCTION DESCRIPTION, CONSTRUCTION
This device is a combination of microwave oven and grill. Both devices work according to similar principles – the
radiation energy emitted by the device is absorbed by the food and heats it up. The difference is that the heat
from the grill enters the food from the outside and is then transmitted to the inside. The microwaves heat the food
in all parts from inside to outside at the same time. This leads to shorter cooking times when cooking with the
microwave oven.
Therefore microwaves are dangerous to living organisms. They cook the inside before heat receptors in the skin
register the danger. Due to these concerns microwave ovens are constructed with numerous safety features that
shall never be disabled. As soon as the device is switched off, e.g. by opening the door (several safety switches),
the radiation is switched off. There is no radiation left in the food or food containers.
You can use this device in microwave mode, grill mode or combined mode.
