ATTACHING THE BACK CROSS BAR AND THE U SUPPORT BAR TO THE RIGHT AND LEFT
ARMS

Loosely attach the Back Cross Bar (D) to the inside back of the
Right and Left Arms (A&B) with Bolts (AA) through Lock
Washers (GG) and Metal Washers (EE).
□
Loosely attach the U Support Bar (E) to the Right and Left Arms
(A&B) with Bolts (BB) through the Lock Washers (HH) and Flat
Washers (FF).
□
Once all the bolts are in place, securely tighten Bolts (AA) with
the Hex Screw Driver ( JJ ) and tighten Bolts (BB) with the Hex
Wrench (KK). See figure.
NOTE
: Do not tighten bolts completely until assembly is
completed.

ATTACHING THE CHAIR SEAT TO THE CHAIR BASE

Place the Chair Seat (C) on a non-abrasive flat surface. Align the holes on the support bar on the underside of the chair seat with the holes
on the Spring Plates which are pre-attached to the chair base. Insert Bolts (CC) through the Flat Washers (FF), C Clamp Plate (II), Support
Bar attached to the underside of the seat, and Spring Plates attached to the U Support Bar (E) as shown in the diagram.

Secure the bolts with Flat Washers (FF), Lock Washers (HH), and Nuts (DD). The support bar and spring plate should be sandwiched in
between the C Clamp Plates (II). See figure.

Once all the Nuts (DD) and Bolts (CC) are in place, securely tighten all the Bolts (CC) and Nuts (DD) with the Hex Wrench (KK).
WARNING:
Improper assembly may result in serious personal
injury.
NOTE
: Do not tighten bolts completely until assembly is
completed.
