MACHINE USE
Take the PET bottle and fi ll it with
cold water, preferably 5 degrees
Celsius or below. This will ensure
the best carbonation.
Fill the cartridge holder with up to
10 8g or 12g CO
2
cartridges.
Return the handle to its original
position. This will release the pres-
sure in the PET bottle, allowing
you to remove it.
It will also drop the empty cartridge
into the container below and
prepare the machine for the next
carbonation.
Secure the bottle over the nozzle,
onto the front of the machine by a
quarter turn clockwise.
Close the cartridge access door
securely.
Remove the PET bottle by a quar-
ter turn in the counter clockwise
direction.
Open the CO
2
cartridge door by
pressing fi rmly on the button on
the back of the machine.
Rotate the handle on the top of the
machine 300 degrees clockwise.
The cartridge will release the CO
2
into the PET bottle and carbonate
the water.
Enjoy carbonated water!
Or, pour the carbonated water into
a separate container and add one
of our syrups to taste.
