Assemble the Tipper │ 25
The follow steps are only for TYPE C.
1. Fit the
tipper
onto the front end of the
vehicle body.
2. Insert a Ø8 rod through the hole in
the tipper, the hole in the vehicle
body and out the hole in the tipper.
3. Slide a Ø8 washer to the Ø8 rod.
4. Tighten a lock nut onto the end of the
Ø8 rod with a spanner.
Repeat for the other side.
HINT: An extra spanner has been
provided to hold the locknut on the
other side of the Ø8 rod while
tightening the locknut on the other
side.
5. Insert a tipper lock through the
tipper wall and into the vehicle
body. Turn the tipper lock to
secure the tipper to the vehicle
body.
