At least once a month check chains tapered belts and when necessary reclamp.

10.3 Checking motor brake
The machine is equipped with electronic motor brake.
The maximum time after switching-off the planing shaft should not exceed 10 seconds.
The brakes time has to be checked once every month. Should the above time exceed
10 seconds, an electrician has to be consulted.
10.4 Rebound locks
Every single rebound lock must fall within the correct path. The tips must be always sharp,
otherwise rebound accident may be probable.
Use quenched, heavy going locks, replace detective locks.
11.0 ELECTRICAL PART
11.1 Safety precautions
Connecting must be effected by an authorized electrician.
Ground and protective lead should be available.
Check motor direction using short switching on.
When direction not correct consult an authorized electrician.
Use CEE connectors, do not connect directly to mains.
Never switch-off machine from the plug, not to spoil the motor brake.
11.2 Switch-plug combination
In accordance with safety regulations with under voltage triggers and electronic motor brake.
