5 MAINTENANCE
A C H T U N G
Don’t clean or do maintenance on the machine while connected to
the power supply:
Damages to machine and injuries might occur due to unintended
switching on of the machine!
Therefore: Switch the machine off and disconnect it from the power
supply before any maintenance works or cleaning is carried out!
Repairs must be carried out by trained persons only.
The machine is quasi maintenance-free. It is not necessary to demount it.

Let defect machine parts or malfunctions be checked and repaired immediately.

Check the machine in regular intervals. Check especially for loose nuts and connections and
retighten if necesary.

Clean the machine from wood dust and wood chips after every usage.

Check in regular intervals the condition of the security and operation instruction plates on the
machine. Missing or not readable plates have to be replaced immediately.

Never store outdoors! Storage temperatures should be b5°C and + 40°C. Store at a
dry and tidy place. Apply a thin coat of anti-corrossion lubrication onto all non coated machine
parts.

Lubricate the machine prior to first use and afterwards at least every 100 hours.
6 TROUBLESHOOTING
Disconnect the machine from the power supply before you perform any checks or
maintenance.
