13 ASSEMBLY
13.1 UNPACKING
 Remove all protective material which may have been applied to the heater for shipment.
 Remove heater from carton.
 Check the heater for possible shipping damage. If any damage is found immediately notify
the dealer from whom you purchased the heater.
13.2 ASSEMBLY
 HKD15 doesn’t need any assembly.
 For HKD30T there are two additional hand frames.
 Insert wheel axle (Part No. 44) into wheel frame (Part No. 43).
 Insert the spacing pin (Part No. 72) in the wheel axle to fix.
 Slide the wheel (Part No. 45) into axle.
 Slide the washer (Part No. 50) into the axle.
 Screw in the nut (Part No. 51).
 Repeat c) to e) to assemble another wheel.
 Put the heater on the assembled wheel frame.
 Insert bolts (Part No. 47), washer (Part No. 49, if shock-proof nut used, it will be saved)
and Nut (Part No. 48), then tighten.
 For HKD30T hand frames (Part No. 46) should be fixed together
 Install the caps over the larger washers to finish the wheel assembly.
