15.3 Changing the band saw blade
W A R N I N G
Wear gloves when handling with saw blades!
HIGHEST RISK OF CUTTING INJURY!
Before changing the blade, check that the machine is swiched
off and disconet from the power suply
ATTENTION: Take care to install the saw band correctly!
Check the direction of the teething
 Loosen four lock knobs for the guide rail, and pull out the guide rail (Fig.n;1n).
 Open the upper cover and lower cover.
 Set the upper blade guide to its lowest position (Fig.o;1o).
 Loosen saw blade tension knob until the band saw blade has slackened.
 Remove the band saw blade from the machine.
 Fit a fresh band saw blade and center band saw blade on the rubber tyres of the band saw
wheels.
 Tighten the saw blade tension knob.
 Replaced the guide rail to its original position.
 Close the upper and lower cover.
