Example of a perfect adjustment of the bandsaw blade guide:

The bandsaw blade has too much play and is

therefore still cannot between the lateral

bearing rollers.

The saw blade is completely vertically without any

play between the lateral bearing rollers.

CAUTION:

Before tightening the bandsaw blade guide examine whether the saw band

is below set perfectly vertical and readjust the bandsaw blade guide

according vertically.

The bandsaw blade guide with the screw for fixing tighten.

NOTE:

Check the 90 ° bandsaw blade guide with an angle gauge or with a rectangular

workpiece.

Repeat this process on the right if the saw band saw
