Crosstable guideways adjustment
1.
Remove all dirt from the area
2.
Loosen the set screws (1) at the narrow
end of the gib (2) while moving the cross
table manually, turn the adjusting screw
(3) at the wide end of the gib (4) until a
slight drag is felt.
3.
Tighten the adjusting screw (1) again.
4.
Check the smooth movement and adjust
the settings if necessary.

Cleaning / replacing chip wiper
1.
Remove all dirt from the area
2.
Disassemble the chip wiper plate (2) and
the chip wipers (1).
3.
Clean or replace the chip wiper plate and
chip wiper.
4.
Remount all parts

Oil change

Lubricants are toxic and must not be released into the environment. When
changing, use suitable collecting containers with sufficient volume! Follow
the manufacturer's instructions and, if necessary, contact your local
authority for further information on proper disposal.
