Adjusting the bottom cover
When unwrapping the appliance from its packaging, you will find a plastic board laid
on top of the machine.
Do no throw this board away.
This is used to reduce the
noise emitted from the machine and should be attached to the underside of the
appliance.
Dismantle the transportation bolts
Adjusting the height of the washing machine
There are 4 adjustable feet attached to the bottom of the appliance. These are
adjusted by turning clockwise to decrease the height and anti-clockwise to increase
the height. These should be adjusted until the machine is level.
It is recommended that a spirit level is used to ensure the appliance is level.
The transportation bolts are designed for clamping
anti
– vibration components inside the washing
machine during the transportation process. This is to
ensure the unit is protected during transportation.
1. Remove the back cover by removing the 3
screws holding it place
– see fig 1.0.
2. Remove the three bolts on the rear side and
take out the synthetic stabilisers from within
the machine
– see fig 1.1.
3. Replace the back cover and replace the
screws. It may be necessary to hold the back
cover in place by gripping the vents. The back
cover should be replaced back into its original
position
– see fig 1.2.
4. Fill the holes left by the bolts with the blanking
plugs
– see fig 1.3.
