Err1:
The start indicator will not
light and the buzzer sound
abnormally.
- Door is not properly shut
- Shut the door properly
Err2:
The start indicator flashed on
for 0.2 seconds and on for 0.2
seconds twice, and is then
repeated 4 seconds later.
- Drainage error - water
not emptied within 4
minutes
- Clean the filter and
check the drain hose for
blockage. If an error still
exists, contact the
customer service helpline.
Err3:
The start indicator flashed on
for 0.2 seconds and on for 0.2
seconds twice, and is then
repeated 4 seconds later.
- Thermostat sensor not
properly connected or
damaged.

Err4:
The start indicator flashed on
for 0.2 seconds and on for 0.2
seconds twice, and is then
repeated 4 seconds later.
- Heater error (appears at
the end of cycle)
- Reduce the load and
wash again. If problem still
exists, contact the
customer service helpline
Err5:
The start indicator flashed on
for 0.2 seconds and on for 0.2
seconds twice, and is then
repeated 4 seconds later.
- Water level not met in 8
minutes.
- The height of the drain
hose is below 80cm
- The drain hose is in
water
- Make sure the tap is
turned on and the water
pressure is normal.
- Install drain hose within
80 - 100 cm of height.
- Make sure the drain
hose is not in water.
Err7:
The start indicator flashed on
for 0.2 seconds and on for 0.2
seconds twice, and is then
repeated 4 seconds later.
- Motor overheat cut out
protection or motor
damage.
