Step 5: Attaching Safety Tie Down Straps

Included with the Destination 2 rack is a red tie down strap (item O). Per Fig.
24, attach the straps to the bike frames and masts. Insert the end of the strap
into the buckle and pull securely. Straps should have no slack after installation.
