Troubleshooting
Weak suction
Vacuum is hot during use
Check that the vacuum has not been used for too long without charging. This vac-
uum is designed to clean for up to 25 minutes. After it is used for several minutes,
the suction will become weaker. If the suction starts off weakly or becomes weak,
charge the vacuum fully and try again.
Be sure that the filter is clean so that debris is not obstructing the device’s suction.
Power off the device and check if the collection container is full. If needed, clean it
as instructed above.
Check if the filter screen is blocked. If so, clean the filter according to the above in-
structions.
The device does not turn on
If these do not apply and you need further troubleshooting, please contact
us via email at
Ensure that the battery is fully charged.
Vacuum cleaner isn’t suctioning pet fur
Check that the device has full power. A weak charge will cause weak suction that
cannot vacuum the pet fur, and it will need to be recharged before resuming use.
If the pet fur has stuck to a fabric or carpeted surface after a liquid spill, use the
head of the brush nozzle to loosen the hair and clean it before use.
