Checking the screw connections:
- Securing the tilt unit
- Tight fit of the tilt guide
- Screw connection of the 4 locking shafts
- Checking the pin pull system
- Can all levels be adjusted and do the bolts engage neatly?
- Does the glider move cleanly forwards?
- Do the bolts of the tension catches engage audibly in the frame?
- Does the latching function of the right-hand tension catche work?
- Does the slider move cleanly backwards and lock into place at the rear
latch position?
- Can the ratchet handle be lifted with sufficient spring pressure?
- Does the telescopic tube glide well over the support and does the
locking mechanism lock neatly into place at all appropriate points?
