7.3 Making waffles
1 . Before first use, wipe the appliance’s internal surfaces
with a damp cloth or a sponge, then wipe them dry with
a paper towel . Spread a small amount of butter, margarine
or oil on the inside of the appliance .
2 . You may prepare batter according to various recipes,
modifying ingredients or their ratios as desired . For
optimal effect, use the following recipe:
INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
- 3 eggs
- Baking powder - 1
tsp
- Sugar - 125 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Carbonated mineral
water - 50 ml
- Sieve the dry ingredients into
a bowl
- Add eggs, oil, milk and water
- Mix with a blender until the
ingredients are fully blended
- Leave the batter for 15 minutes
until it is ready for making waffles
3 . Insert the plug into an alternating current network outlet .
The heating indicator (red light) will light up .
4 . Close the lid so that the appliance heats up faster .
5 . After about 2-3 minutes the readiness indicator (green)
will light up, which means, that the heating plates have
reached the target temperature .
6 . Now you can fill the lower plate with batter. Remember
- if you use too much batter, it will overflow from the
appliance .
