• The temperature of accessible surfaces may be high when
the appliance is operating. Avoid the contact with these
surfaces to prevent the risk of burns.
• WARNING: During operation, the temperature of the bread
slots and surrounding area is high. Never touch those
areas. If a slice of bread gets stuck inside the appliance,
disconnect it from the wall socket and let it cool down
before trying to remove the bread, to avoid hand burns.
• After use and before cleaning or storage, make sure that
the appliance is disconnected from the wall socket and has
cool down completely.
• To avoid the risk of fire, frequently clean the crumb trays.
Immediately disconnect the appliance from the wall socket
if any smoke or fire is observed.
• Do not use the appliance without the crumb trays properly
placed.
• Do not submit the appliance to extreme temperatures,
sudden changes of temperature, nor expose it to moisture
or direct sunlight.
• Always switch off the appliance to clean it. Do not use
abrasive cleaners or scouring pads as they may damage
the appliance surface. Always keep the appliance clean.
• Never clean the toaster in the dishwasher.
