Tools and their intended use

7. 3 Operating the mixer
1. Install the bowl, the cover and the selected tool, as described in section
7.2 Attaching / removing mixer accessories.
2. Put the ingredients in the bowl.
3. Lower the arm. To do so, with your right hand push and hold the arm lock/
release button, and press the arm down with the other hand. Release
the button.
4. Make sure the arm does not raise itself.
5. Check that the food processor socket cover has been installed.
ATTENTION! The mixer will not start if the food processor socket cover has not
been installed.
6. Set the speed / function selection knob in the suitable tool position shown
on the knob. Do not exceed the specified speed.
