8.1
BASIC RULES
Correct and regular cleaning will improve the safety of the product and extend its
lifetime.
Warning! Switch off the device, unplug and let it cool down before cleaning and
maintenance to avoid electric shock and burns.
Caution! Do not clean the device with any chemicals, alkali, abrasive or disinfecting
agents, as they may damage the surface of the device.
8.2
DEVICE CLEANING
• Wipe the battery base and the battery with a dry cloth.
• Wipe the handle, the charging base, the cleaning head and the crevice brush
with a damp cloth, then leave to dry.
8.3
CLEANING THE DUST CONTAINER
1. Make sure that the device is disconnected from the power supply and not
connected to the charger.
2. Disconnect the device with the dust container from the power supply base by
pressing the “PUSH” lock release button.
3. Then disconnect the dust container from the battery base by pressing the “PUSH”
lock release button.

Remove the filter and empty the container in a dust bin.

To reassemble, place the filter in the dust container, connect the battery base to
the dust container, then attach to the power supply base.
8.4
FILTER CLEANING
1. Follow items 1-4 from p. 8.3 Cleaning the dust container.
2.
Remove the filter cover by gently rotating it away from you if you are holding it
with your left hand (or towards you if holding the cover with your right hand).
3.
Rinse the filter, the cover and the dust container with lukewarm running water.
Wipe it with a dry paper towel and leave it to dry completely
