TROUBLESHOOTING
• During use, if any irregularities are detected on the appliance’s operation,
check the below table to understand the causes and solutions. If it is
not possible to detect the cause, please contact the store where the
appliance was bought.

Unplug the appliance
to use.
The charge indicator
light (C) does not come
on.
The adapter (M) has
not been inserted into
the outlet.
Insert the adapter (M)
into the outlet.
The appliance does not
suck well or the dust
escapes from the appli-
ance.
The tank (G) is not at-
tached to the body of
the device.
Fit the tank (G) to the
body of the device.
The tank (G) is full.
Empty the tank (G).
Follow the instructions
described in “Emptying
the tank”.
The permanent filter (E)
is not correctly fitted to
the tank (G).
Insert the filter (E) into
the tank (G) correctly.
The permanent filter
(E) is blocked.
Clean the permanent
filter (E). Follow
the instructions
described in “Cleaning
- Permanent filter and
tank”.
The long nozzle (K) is
blocked.
Clear the long nozzle
(K).
