TABLE BLENDER HOFFEN
Operation
• Place the appliance on a stable, flat surface, protected from impacts
and away from the edges.
• Make sure that there is a space of at least 10 cm free around the device.
• Check that the appliance is switched off using the on/off button (B)
before connecting it to the power supply.
• Make sure that the jug (D) is correctly fitted to the motor unit (A).
• After placing the ingredients in the jug (E), place the lid (H) (G) ensuring
that the locking system cover (I) is properly seated.
• Make sure that it does not exceed the maximum capacity inscribed on
the jug (D).
• Select the desired function on the function selector button (B),
according to the food to be prepared:
• Position “0” - Off;
• Position “1” - Low power speed: ideal for preparing liquids in continuous
mode: fruit juices, sauces, drinks, smoothies, etc.
• Position “2” - High power speed: ideal for mixing liquids and solids in
continuous mode: soups, pancake batter, mayonnaise, purees, baby
food, etc.
• “P” position - High-power pulse function: ideal for crushing ice, mixing
thick, solid or liquid ingredients, and to finish grinding your food
manually. Turn button (B) to the “P” position as often as necessary. Do
not use the pulse function more than a few seconds at a time.
• Consecutive usage time should not exceed 3 minutes. A minimum rest
period of 1 minute is required between two consecutive cycles.
Note: When grinding still warm food, do not put the dosing cap (F) so that
the accumulated steam can be released. Also pay special attention to never
putting food or liquids that are too hot in the jug (D) to avoid the thermal
shock that could break the jug (D).
• To obtain the best results when pureing solid ingredients, pre-cut them
into small pieces (2-3 cm) and place small portions at a time in the
glass jug (D).
• When mixing liquid ingredients, start by pouring a small amount of
liquid into the jug (D) first. To add more liquid, you can do this with the
device running, just remove the dosing cap (F).
• Turn button (B) to position 0 once the mixture has been mixed to the
desired consistency.
• If you need to check the result, without opening the cap (G), use the
dosing cover (F), lift it up and check.
• After use, always turn the function selector button (B) to the “0” position
