Risk of explosion! Never disassemble or short-circuit batteries or throw
them into flame.
• Always remove the batteries before prolonged storage of the device to prevent
damage from possible electrolyte leak.
• Remove discharged batteries from the device without delay.
• Discharged batteries can leak, which can damage the device.
• After exposure to leaked electrolyte, immediately wash the exposed skin under
running water. In the event of contact with eyes, immediately seek medical
attention, as the battery’s acid can irritate or burn eyes.

Swallowing a battery can be fatal! Keep batteries out of the reach of children
and pets. If you suspect your child or pet has swallowed a battery, seek
medical attention immediately.
7.2 Weighing
• Place the scale on a stable, even and dry surface. In order to ensure correct
readout, do not place the scale on a towel or cloth.
• Press the
ON/OFF/TARE
button to turn the scale on. After approx. 2 seconds
it will display “0“.
• You can start weighing.
• Before reading the result, wait until the triangle icon appears on the display,
which indicates the end of weighing.
• The current unit of weight applicable to the displayed result can be seen on the
display. When you change the unit, the symbol changes accordingly.
• To turn the scale off, press and hold the
ON/OFF /TARE
button for 2 seconds.
• The scale will turn off automatically after approx. 130 seconds of inactivity.
7.3 Changing the unit of weight
After turning the scale on, you can change the unit of weight with the
UNIT button. Toggle between units by repeatedly pressing the button.
