has been removed and products to which repairs, alterations or structural
modifications have been made or attempted.
6. The warranty does not cover parts subject to natural wear and tear during
operation.
7. It is recommended that the complete product be returned in order to facilitate
defect verification.
8. This warranty for the sold consumer product does not exclude, restrict or
suspend any rights of the buyer arising from statutory warranty regulations
covering defects in sold goods pursuant to the Civil Code of 23 April 1964
(Journal of Laws 2014.121).
9. The warranty shall be applicable within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
