12. Remove the mixed products from the whisks, the attachments or the bowl
with a wooden spatula.
13. Hold both attachments with one hand and press the EJECT button with the
other.
14. Remove the attachments from the mixer ports.
Caution!
Remove the attachments only when the speed selector switch is set to „0” and
the appliance is unplugged from the power socket. The mixer can also be used
as a handheld appliance, i.e. without the base.
7.3 TIPS
1. Leave chilled products, e.g. butter, out of the refrigerator until they are at room
temperature before mixing.
2. To prevent egg shells from dropping into the mixing bowl or cracking in a
rotten egg, first break the egg over another container and then pour it into the
mixing bowl.
3. Be careful when mixing or beating dry (powdery) ingredients to prevent them
spilling (e.g. sugar, flour, and similar) from the bowl.
4. Always start mixing the ingredients at the lowest speed. Slowly increase the
mixing speed to the desired level.
5. The appliance is NOT intended for crushing ice or grinding hard foodstuffs.
