Synchronization with Google Fit / Apple health

1. If you use a telephone with the Android system, you may activate

synchronization with Google Fit. A connection option will be displayed. Next,
measurements recorded in the application will be synchronized with Google Fit.

2. If you use an iPhone, you may activate synchronization with Apple Health.

A connection option will be displayed. Next, measurements recorded in the
application will be synchronized with Apple Health.
