9.CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

 

CLEANING THE DEVICE 

 

Cleaning may only be carried out when the vacuum cleaner is switched off and has 

cooled down and is not connected to the wall bracket. 

 Do not use any chemical, alkaline, abrasive or disinfecting agents for cleaning, as 

they might have a negative effect on the components.  

 

The central part of the vacuum and its components may only be cleaned with a dry 
cloth  or  paper  towel.  In  case  of  heavy  soiling  it  is  allowed  to  use  a  cloth  slightly 
dampened with warm water and wrung out of its excess. Afterwards, wipe the cleaned 
area immediately with a dry cloth or paper towel and leave the device to dry. 
 
EMPTYING, CLEANING THE DUST CONTAINER 

 

Make sure the device is not charging or switched on. For more convenient operation, 

disconnect the pipe from the base of the vacuum cleaner. Subsequently disconnect 
the dust  container from  the vacuum cleaner base. Remove the filter from the dust 
container by pulling on the attached ribbon and then the filter housing by pulling on the 
metal holder under the filter. Empty the contents of the container, then insert the filter 
housing with the filter into it. Connect the dust container and other parts of the unit to 
the vacuum cleaner base.
