7. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
The device does not include any components for repair by the user. Never repair
the device without assistance. Always hire a professional. If the power supply
cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, technical service, or an
appropriately authorised individual.
8. CLEANING AND STORAGE
• WARNING! Never leave water inside the tank when the device is not being used.
• WARNING! Always drain and clean the device before putting it in storage. Clean
the device before next use.
• WARNING! Remember to turn off and disconnect the device from its power supply
before removing the shield.
• Never tilt, move, and/or turn an operating device. Empty the water tank before
moving the device .
CLEANING :
• Always disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning.
• Never clean the device with steel wool, strong chemicals, alkalis, abrasives, or
disinfectants or risk damage to the surface.
• During the cleaning process, never submerge the device in water or any other
liquids. Protect the electrical elements of the device from water and humidity.
• Clean the casing with a soft damp cloth and – if necessary – a little detergent. Wipe
with a dry and soft cloth.
• Never use the device before it is completely dry.
• Every 1 or 2 weeks: Clean the filter (fig. 4).
