8. Troubleshooting
Do not attempt to open or repair your Silk'n device. You may
expose yourself to dangerous electrical components or pulsed
light energy and cause serious harm to yourself. It will also void
your warranty. For unresolved problems or queries, please
contact customer service.
Problem
Checks
My device does not start. Make sure the adapter
is properly
connected to the device and that it is
plugged into an electrical outlet on
the wall.
There is no light pulse
when the device touches
my skin.
Check that the device is connected
and the ready light

is on. Make
sure that the treatment surface

is
evenly and firmly pressed to the skin.
It is also possible that your skin colour
is too dark.
The skin colour sensor
light

and the ready
light

blink.
The skin colour is too dark.
One or more lights blink
continuously.
The device has malfunctioned.
The device has stopped
working and is in standby
mode.
Press the control button

again to
start the device.
