Attach leg developer (7) to front upright
frame (6). Secure with M10×60 hex
bolt(33)

Slide foam rod (11) and
Ø25 round end plug
(26) onto foam rod (11) as shown.
3.
Fit weight support square caps (28) to the
end of front upright frame (6), insert the
adjustable tube (9) with elbow support
cushion (15). Use M6 × 16 Allen bolts (37)
to fit elbow support cushion (15). Use pin
(21) to adjust.
4.
Please Ø25 round end caps (30) onto leg
developer (7).
STEP3
1. Please

38 square end plug(23) onto both
ends of swing frame(5).
2. Insert foam roll (25) into the swing frame (5).
Secure with M10×130 hex bolt(35)
