Main Blade Angle
The main blade is infinitely variable to any angle between
0° and 35° in each direction with dual heavy duty hydraulic
cylinder. The hydraulics are protected against impact from
hidden obstacles with a cross over relief valve. The relief
valve redirects hydraulic pressure, providing a cushion
against hazards.

Lateral Float
Allows blade to follow ground contours for better
clearing performance. The blade is designed to move
5° up or down from centre, allowing for good cleaning
characteristics even on irregular surfaces.
Spring Trip Cutting Edge
The SnowBlade and EdgeFlex SnowBlade feature a dual
quad spring trip system. Under normal use the springs
keep the cutting edge in place, and folds back if hidden
obstacles are encountered reducing damage to both the
snow blade and equipment.
The standard bolt on cutting edge is reversible and easily
replaceable. (n/a on flex edge models)
High performance skid shoes made of hard wearing
Abrasion resistant steel are integrated into the spring trip
cutting edge to for increased performance and prolonged
cutting edge life. (n/a on flex edge models)
Floating Blade Hinge
SB6000 series
models feature a floating blade hinge.
This feature adds a + or - 5° mechanical float to the blade.
This allows the blade to better follow the surface contour.
Option available for SB3, 4 and 5000.

EdgeFlex Technology
The SB
flex edge
series feature a abrasion resistant
segmented cutting edge that provides the adaptability to
maintain consistent contact over uneven surfaces. Each
individual section moves independently to provide quick
response to the changing surface.
EdgeFlex models only.
