The drive amplifier calculates the amplification factors for the current loop using
motor inductance and motor resistance. For most applications, these values do not
have to be adapted. The “Freq analyzer” can be used to determine whether these
values are ideal or require tuning. A low pass filter is used as the current filter to
minimise motor noise. The standard filter has a cut-off frequency of 1000
Hz.
