Number Transfers
If you have requested to transfer
your phone number from a
Virgin Media residential service
or from another provider,
this request has been actioned
by your Order Manager.
However, please be aware that it
can take up to 5 days to transfer
your number from Virgin Media
residential and up to 14 days
for other providers to release
your phone number to us.
Often the timescales are less,
but we like to think it’s better
for you to be aware of the worst
case scenario, just in case.
Allow a couple of minutes for
the phone to be recognised by
the
Hitron . Then check the phone
for a dial tone, and make a test
call to check everything is working.
If your line hasn’t auto-activated,
please call
