Ice smells
It smells like plastic
It smells in the
refrigerator
●
Do the water supply container and/or water fi lter become dirty? or Does ice become old?
→
Wash them on regular basis to prevent "slime" and/or "fur".
Pg.53
●
Chlorine may strongly smell because chlorine in tap water is condensed.
●
This smell occurs because a lot of plastic parts are used in the refrigerator, but the smell decreases gradually while cooling. Keep the room ventilated.
●
Is any food which strongly smells stored without any wrapping?
→
The deodorizing function cannot completely remove all smells.
Seal that kind of food with plastic fi lm etc. to store it.
When either Auto ,
-1˚C (Subzero) or
+1˚C (Chiller) indicator
lamp blinks
Hissing sound
does not occur
when opening.
The vacuum function may not be operating normally. Check the followings:
●
Is the handle held down to the end and locked?
→
The vacuum function will not work unless it is locked.
●
Is a food package or a hair caught in the vacuum packing and the support?
→
A small piece of debris may prevent the vacuum function from operating. Remove it.
●
Does the vacuum packing/the support get dirty?
→
Wipe off them if it is dirty.
Pg.41
●
Is the vacuum release valve (in blue) in place or loosened?
→
Attach it to the hole on the handle securely.
●
Are any food package etc. caught in the Vacuum Packing? or Are there any dirt,
waste thread or scraps on it?
Pg.41
→
If a food package is caught in the Vacuum packing, remove it.
→
Clean the dirty Vacuum Packing.
●
Are the Vacuum Packing and/or the Vacuum Releasing Valve (blue colored) located
on the bottom of the handle installed fi rmly? or Are they loose?
●
Is Auto , -1˚C (Subzero) or +1˚C (Chiller) indicator lamp lit?
●
Is the handle pulled up?
●
Hissing sound may not occur immediately after opening/closing the Vacuum
Compartment because the vacuum pump enters the preparation state for starting
the operation, but it does not indicate any trouble.
It is not clear whether the Vacuum
Compartment has been vacuumized.
The handle cannot
be locked.
Booming sound and
vibration occur around the
Vacuum Compartment.
Drop of water or frost
occurs in the Vacuum
Compartment.

The Vacuum Compartment has been vacuumized properly if a vacuum releasing sound (hissing sound) occurs
when opening it.
●
Are any food etc. caught in the inner part of the Vacuum Compartment Case or the Vacuum Packing?
Pg.41
●
Are the rotation axises in the front part of the Vacuum Compartment Case and the door installed fi rmly?
Pg.41
●
This sound is caused when the vacuum pump operates. It does not indicate any trouble.
●
You can stop the vacuum pump operation when you want to stop the sound (ex: night time).
●
If the sound and the vibration occur frequently, something may be caught in the door or there may be a dirt on
the Vacuum Packing.
Pg.42, 43
●
The moisture from the juicy food may cause dew condensation and/or frost adhering insider the compartment
because the Vacuum Compartment is sealed.
→
It is recommended to wrap the juicy food with plastic fi lm, etc.
→
Wipe off water and/or frost with a dry cloth.
●
Is any vegetable sensitive to low temperature such as eggplant and cucumber stored?
