SAVING ENERGY
"Energy Saving" mode
If the refrigerator door is left open for 30 seconds or more, the door alarm sounds and the LED interior light in the refrigerator dims
to inform you to close the door quickly. If the doors are not opened for a long period of time,
the interior is cooled slowly to further
reduce energy consumption.
Set the refrigerator to "Energy Saving" mode to save power by switching to weaker cooling for each compartment.
To activate "Energy Saving" mode
Press to activate "Saving" indicator.
The default setting for "Energy Saving" mode is "Off" ("Saving" indicator: Off).
To cancel "Energy Saving" mode
Press to deactivate "Saving" indicator.
Note
Automatic temperature control lowers cooling loads, which may cause ice cream to become soft.
It also requires more time for freezing and ice making.
