Before calling service technician, check the following tables fi rst. If the problem is not be solved with the suggested
procedures, contact your local dealer. For your safety, NEVER try to repair the product by yourself.

• Check the value level of “Brightness” and “Contrast” in
“Picture Menu”.
• Check if Radio broadcasting channels are received. (DTT
mode only)

The remote control does not work.
• Check if the batteries are installed correctly.
• The batteries might be exhausted. Replace them with new ones.
• Remove all the obstructions in front of the sensor window on the unit.
• Check if you select the correct function by Function Select
(TV/DTT, DVD and SAT) buttons on the remote control.
• Check if the buttons of the control panel can work.
