Take care when handling the optical fiber cable.    In particular, do not make 
the bend radius smaller than 30 mm, otherwise a wipe breaking may be 
caused. 

 

After measurement, clean the optical module and the optical connector. 

 

Since the optical fiber connector of the OD.RING (LQE010) is the FC type 
(SMA type for the LQE015), the optical power meter must be applicable to the 
FC type (or SMA type).    Use the connector adapter (attached to the optical 
power meter or separately sold) for the FC type (or the SMA type).
