(3) Pull the dust box in the direction indicated by arrow

“A”. (See Fig. 7)

(4) Lifting the dust box slightly, push it in the direction

indicated by arrow “B” (See Fig. 7). Push the dust
box into position so that it aligns with the edge
of the gear cover (See Fig. 8(A)).

(5) Fasten the dust box into position by tightening the

M6 screw. (See Fig. 8(B)).

NOTE:

Moving the inset hooking part of the dust box in
any other position than shown by the arrow as
indicated above may bend or damage it.

CAUTION:

Be sure to check whether the gear cover and the
dust box are fixed firmly in place before using the
tool.

2. Dismounting the dust box

Loosen the lever and set the base at minimum
cutting depth and dismount the dust box by going
through the steps for mounting in reverse order.

MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING THE SAW
BLADE

CAUTION:

To avoid serious accident, ensure the switch is in
OFF position and disconnect the plug from the
receptacle.

1. Mounting the saw blade:
(1) Loosen the lever and set cutting depth at minimum

and then tighten the lever as shown Fig. 2.

(2) Loosen the M6 screw and dismount the dust box

from gear cover. (Fig. 8(B),  Fig. 7)

(3) Depress the lock lever and lock the spindle, and

remove the hexagonal head bolt with the provided
box wrench. (Fig. 9)
Then remove Washer(B). (Fig. 10)

NOTE:

Thoroughly remove any sawdust which has
accumulated on the spindle, bolt and washers.
