Notes on Use

7.3 Calibration and Repair

The calibration interval for the 3423 is two

years. It is recommended to calibrate it every
two years, for accurate measurement. Contact
your nearest service representative.

If the unit is not functioning properly, check the

batteries. If a problem is found, contact your
dealer or HIOKI representative.

Pack the unit carefully so that it will not be

damaged during transport, and write a detailed
description of the problem. HIOKI cannot bear
any responsibility for damage that occurs during
shipment.
