3.4 Relative Display Function

Canceling the Relative
function:

Press

H.AUTO/REL

1.

Move the function selector
to the

Ω

position and con-

nect the test leads to the
equipment.

2.

Short-circuit the test leads.
The resistance of the test
leads is displayed.

3.

Press the

H.AUTO/REL

button for at least 1 sec-
ond.
("REL" lights up, "0000")

4.

Connect the test leads to
the measurement object,
and read the indicated
value.

Application: Using the Relative Display function for the purpose
of zero adjustment in the measurement of low resistances
