International Warranty
Your Hindenberg watch is guaranteed free from all manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of
purchase, subject to the following conditions. Any part found by our technical services to be defective as a result of manu-
facturing defects will be, at the sole discretion of Hindenberg, repaired or replaced free of charge. In order to benefit from
this guarantee, you will be required to present the Hindenberg Certificate of Authenticity and your invoice of an authorized
Hindenberg retailer. Please keep the certificate and the invoice in a safe place.
The Hindenberg International Guarantee does not cover:
• Defects arising from accidents, mishandling, incorrect or abusive use (for example but not limited to, knocks,
crushing, moisture in the case of non water-resistant watches),
• Leather straps and crystal;
• The results of normal wear and aging of the watch and of the metal bracelet;
• Theft or loss;
In order to benefit from guarantee services under the International Guarantee, you shall contact the authorized Hindenberg
retailer where you bought your Hindenberg watch and present your Hindenberg watch and the Hindenberg Certificate of
Authenticity. You may alternatively send your Hindenberg watch, with the Hindenberg Certificate of Authenticity and your
invoice to the official Hindenberg After-Sales Service Center at the address mentioned on the website: http://www.hinden-
bergwatches.com . In this event, the customer is responsible for mailing costs.
