5 Preparing the tool for use

5.1 Charging the battery

1. Remove the battery. → page 11

2. Charge the battery in accordance with the information provided in the operating

instructions for the charger.

5.2 Inserting the battery

Note

In order to achieve maximum battery lifetime, replace the discharged battery with

a fully charged battery as soon as there is a clearly perceptible drop in battery

performance.
