WARNING:

Periodically check the ground continuity and combined leakage current
of appliances and devices used with this product

.

Failure to do so could

result in personal injury or equipment damage.

WARNING:

The patient bed should not interfere with other wall mounted equipment
when positioned with the Bed Locator. Failure to do so could result in
personal injury or equipment damage.

SHOCK HAZARD:

Locate the involved building standard or critical branch circuit breaker
panel. Set the involved circuit breaker to OFF. Lock out and tag out the
circuit breaker. Failure to follow this procedure could cause personal
injury or damage to the equipment.

WARNING:

Do not place items containing liquid on the Bed Locator

Liquids can

cause unintentional damage and electrical shock

.

WARNING:

Only qualified and authorized service personnel may remove or replace
the electrical devices on the Bed Locator. Personal injury or equipment
