Troubleshooting
When you give the serial number, the Hill-Rom representative can identify
your unit and give you the information you need more quickly.

1. Make sure the DC connector from the AC adapter is securely plugged
into the charging port on bottom of the Monarch™ system garment.
Make sure the battery is fully charged and is properly seated into its
location on the garment. If necessary, unplug the DC connector from
the garment, and then reconnect.
2. If the problem still exists, contact Hill-Rom.

1. Use the pendent to get to the Localize screen (see “Start Therapy” on
page 37). Confirm that all pods are white to indicate that the pods are
active for therapy.
