2.2 Troublesshooting Viking™ M mobile lift, 2040015
1. Make sure that the emergency stop is not engaged.
2. If the lift has not been used for 24 hours, enable the system.
3. Check that the HandControl IR is enabled.
4. Check that the charger cable is not connected to an electric outlet.
5. HandControl IR indicates battery change.
6. If the lift works via the operation panel,
change the HandControl IR.
7. If the problem persists, please contact Hill-Rom.

correctly.
3. Check that the charger cable is not connected to an electric outlet.
4. Check the battery capacity.
5. Check that the battery’s contact plates are not defective or broken.
