The batteries are installed correctly, making sure that the polarities of the batteries are not reversed.

The batteries are fresh and are not out of power.

The remote sensor is not covered or blocked by other object.

There are no fluorescent lamps in use nearby.

No backup device is detected when exporting recorded files?

Possible reasons:

There is no backup device connected with the DVR.

b)The DVR and your backup device are not compatible.

Initialize the backup device before using.

d)The backup device is damaged.
