Click on Event Flag to choose kind of Flag which indicates the attribute of this POS
record. You can also leave notes in Notes box, which can be searched by keywords in
file management system and playback feature.
3) Double click on selected event bar, detailed POS transaction information will show in a
pop-up window, as shown below.

Locking and Unlocking Recorded Files
To lock and unlock recorded files:
1.
Search for recorded files using the File Management menu.
2.
Select the file you would like to lock/unlock.
3.
Click the Lock icon for the selected file.
Note:
Locked files will never be overwritten until they are unlocked.
